All too often industry specialists deploy solutions on top of existing enterprise networks and provide customers with a list of requirements that must be met on the “other side of the house”. When the new solution does not work as designed, you have both sides of the house blaming each other. It’s also far too common for either side to be able to “prove” where the actual issue is. A simple solution to this common conundrum is to gain additional skills that allow you to identify those tricky LAN issues.

This course is not designed to teach you the basics of routing, switching, or network services for the first time. Instead, we're assuming you have those skills already. Our focus with LAN Troubleshooting Essentials is on how to identify problems with an existing network using several common scenarios and situations as our guiding reference.
